LM Approvals/Submissions
This reports displays all approved applications for the prior month (Last Month).
MTD Approvals/ Submissions
This report displays all approved applications for the current Month to Date.

*For the expirable reports, we also send emails directly to the provider on a continuing basis to remind them to renew their license. We can also copy the admin at your facility to keep you updated.
Every Community Health Center has different reporting needs. PMG Credentialing is able to create reporting options to fit most needs. In some limited cases we can create custom reports which require custom programming and /or significant additional staff time to complete. While this is not a usual practice, PMG Credentialing does reserve the right to charge for significantly customized monthly reporting.
