Kyle-Falcao

Kyle Falcao, MBA, PESC

Chief Operating Officer

I’ve always had a genuine passion for Accounting and Finance, especially when it comes to making systems work better behind the scenes. My journey into healthcare started in a private practice, where I quickly saw how vital a strong revenue cycle is to keeping things running smoothly. That experience opened the door to a role at a medical billing organization, where I dove deeper into the ins and outs of revenue cycles across more than 25 states.

I’ve always had a genuine passion for Accounting and Finance, especially when it comes to making systems work better behind the scenes. My journey into healthcare started in a private practice, where I quickly saw how vital a strong revenue cycle is to keeping things running smoothly. That experience opened the door to a role at a medical billing organization, where I dove deeper into the ins and outs of revenue cycles across more than 25 states.

Over time, I found myself drawn to solving more specific challenges—like tackling enrollment denials and supporting ethical credentialing practices for healthcare facilities across the country. It’s incredibly rewarding to help organizations not only improve their financial health but also free up resources to focus on what really matters: patient care.

Outside of work, I’m all about balance. I love spending quality time with my family and getting outdoors whenever I can. Whether it’s a beach day, a tough hike, or shoveling some New England snow, being in nature helps me recharge and stay grounded.

I have a passion for Client Success and Community driven organizations. My career started with a non-profit that I started at part-time. I found myself being driven by the chance to work for change that supported those in need and decided to pursue my degree and make that my full-time career. When offered the opportunity to come and work for another company that focused solely on Community Health and helping FQHCs to succeed, I embraced the chance to support the community in a new way. Coming from a family of medical office managers, healthcare was not a new life for me. I had spent many of my early years in the medical office surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day. I strive to ensure that all our clients have all of the tools that they need to make that day-to-day more efficient and feel as if we are partners in their success.

It is no secret that when I am not working, I love to be out traveling and seeing new things. I enjoy visiting new places especially if it is nice and warm and sunny. Once the sun is shining, you will find me outside, hiking, biking, or at the beach.

As an accomplished administrative healthcare professional, I have dedicated my career to ensuring patient safety and provider integrity. My journey began while pursuing a college education and working part-time as a Pharmacy Technician, where I discovered my passion for healthcare administration.

Throughout my career, I have worked for a Fortune 12 company and held several roles during my tenure. I progressed to become a Credentialing Coordinator, overseeing over 1500 providers across 30 states. Patient safety and provider integrity is incredibly important to me, and I am glad to know the work I do makes a positive impact for patients all over the country.

During my personal time, I find fulfillment in exploring various aspects of beauty and skincare, leveraging my expertise as a licensed Esthetician. I am most proud of being a mother to my daughter. Being a parent has taught me the importance of balance and prioritizing what truly matters in life. I strive to be a positive role model and inspire others to pursue their passions while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

With a passion for staying busy and a constant thirst for knowledge, I find my duties in this role a perfect fit for me. I came from the world of Billing and got out just in time before ICD-10 launched, prior to that I was hands-on with patient care. I truly love helping people and offering knowledge and expertise...

I’ve worked in Credentialing and Provider Enrollment for 7 years now and I still feel as though I learn something new every day!  With a passion for staying busy and a constant thirst for knowledge, I find my duties in this role a perfect fit for me.  I came from the world of Billing and got out just in time before ICD-10 launched, prior to that I was hands-on with patient care.  I truly love helping people and offering knowledge and expertise anywhere I can. Although I can be described as having a soothing and comforting presence, I am also fiercely determined and dedicated to completing any project that I set my mind to.

Outside of work, I’m married to a DJ, On-Air Talent, and Music Director for the #1 Top 40 Radio Station in the country.  We live a fast-paced and harmonious life, but sorry; I can’t get you Taylor Swift tickets. I enjoy cooking, going for long bike rides, reading, and relaxing with friends over a couple of bottles of homemade Cabernet.  I am immensely proud of my 2 children, and we have an Olde English Bulldog named Porkchop who is 10 years young. I’ve been working full-time in healthcare for almost 25 years and I consider PMG Credentialing THE best company I’ve ever worked for. I plan on growing with the company until retirement and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
